We design each term around real threats women face. From harassment to physical assault. Each intake may focus on a different set of scenarios such as:

Getting grabbed from behind

Escaping wrist holds or choke holds

Ground defence and regaining control

Armed or unarmed assaults

All participants must be 18 years old or above.

Yes, so long as the participant is physically healthy without any serious pre-existing conditions that impact their movement.

All relevant training equipment is provided by Kravist.

Appropriate workout attire and closed-toe shoes. We recommend bringing a bottle of water.

Participants can schedule a remedial session after class for 15–20 minutes, or attend a regular evening class.

No. We don't currently run a women-only trial. Trials are held inside our general mixed Monday–Thursday adult classes (open to all). The women-only program is a fixed 8-week term - join the waitlist for the next intake.
