Three yearly terms with April, August, and December intakes, each about four months long. Students are grouped into Kids, Juniors, and Teens. Terms use a progressive curriculum and end with grading.

Self-defence, confidence, discipline, leadership, resilience, anti-bullying strategies, stranger danger awareness, and practical safety skills.

Term classes are fixed weekly sessions with structured curriculum, a guaranteed spot, and end-of-term grading. Free & Easy is a flexible 5-session pack for our general open classes - join any time, with no fixed weekly slot or grading. Booked through the members app.

A makeup can be coordinated with the instructor. Your child joins another Youth class that week at no extra cost.

A parent or legal guardian must be present for the first visit. Drop-off is fine after that.
